Update
I figured I'd drop by with another update. I was serious when I said I was going to start using this place again more often.
Sunil and I went to play tennis at Bear Pen Park the other day. We did that for a while but decided it was getting too hot and went to sit on the bench under the tree across the parking lot. As we sat there talking, a car pulled up and parked.
Turned out to be none other than Rachel, one of our best friends from high school. She told us she had to lose 10 lbs. because she passed some test and was joining the Army. She said she's shipping out somewhere but doesn't know where.
She told us that Kerri (one of our other fellow friends in our group of friends in high school if you remember) is pregnant with her SECOND child and will be having it any day now. But she also told us some bad news, but I won't get into that here.
It's hard to see Kerri married for three years and with kids even to this day for me for some reason.
I'm out for summer. My second year of college is over already. Man, time really flies by when you're not paying attention, doesn't it? It's already been two years that I went through the summer orientation for my freshman year.
And here I am going to start my third year in a few weeks.
